We offer independent agents the ability to remain independent, gain new markets, increase income and agency value, and receive profit sharing and supplemental commissions, without having to sell, merge or cluster. By joining SIAA, STAA (South Texas Agents Alliance) is able to offer this program to agents and agencies.
