We believe that the VE has been undervalued for what they can do and what they mean to an agency. They have been sold as cheap labor for agencies, and there is nothing further from the truth.
In our opinion, a VE is just as important as any staff member who works in an agency and in many areas provides value that licensed staff should not be providing.
We feel strongly that we separate ourselves through three different areas:
